The HOA Park
Located on beautiful Lake Austin, the West Rim Homeowners' Park is truly a unique amenity not found in most surrounding neighborhoods. The gated two acre park has facilities for tennis, basketball, volleyball and horseshoe games. A lovely gazebo is located near the waterline and provides ample room for larger outdoor grilling parties with its Texas size bar-b-q pit. The park also boasts a brand new redwood playscape and swing set, picnic tables and some individual bar-b-q pits.
In addition to the excellent park facilities, there are 24 covered boat slips available for rent to homeowners on a yearly basis. By water, boat owners can easily cruise on over to Mozart's for a warm latte' and pastries on weekend mornings, or down to The Pier or Ski Shores for a great burger and beer on a warm summer night!
